Shipping Charges

Base UPS Ground shipping charges are below cost for residential delivery in most regions. Shipping of small items, like cards, bumper stickers, patches, and otherwise will be shipped using a prepaid USPS Priority Mail envelope at a lower cost. This will be recalculated and disclosed in the shipping confirmation email received AFTER the order confirmation email. Orders shipped ON CAMPUS incur NO SHIPPING CHARGES.

U.S. Shipping rates

Excludes Diploma Frames, Rings, Lamps, Textbooks, Chairs and Rockers. Continental U.S. Only. International Shipping: Customer is responsible for duties, taxes, or brokerage fees which may not be included in our shipping costs.

Please note chairs, rockers, lamps, diploma frames, and framed prints are assigned different rates.

Textbooks - Available for in store pickup only! Prices may vary from what’s posted. If shipping is required, it will be evaluated at the time of purchase.

Required course materials are available for view as orders are placed by faculty. Pre-orders may be placed as soon as two weeks before classes begin. Orders will be assembled during the week prior to the first week of class and may be picked up at the store. Used book orders will be filled with the best used copies available when the order is filled. Credit cards will be charged when the order is assembled.

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

Standard (arrives in approximately 4-7 business days)

2nd Business Day (arrives in approximately 2-3 business days)

Next Business Day (arrives in approximately 1-2 business days)

Note: 1-2 business days are required to process and pack orders for shipment and are factored into the above estimation. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Please check with your campus store for shipping policies and delivery options.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box ?

The U.S. Postal Service delivers to P.O. Boxes but this method may delay your order. Please note that Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day are not available for this option.

How do I ship to APO/FPO address?

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please be sure to follow these instructions:

· The Country must be "United States"

· The City must be entered as either APO or FPO;

· The State must be selected as either "Armed Forces America" "Armed Forces Europe" or "Armed Forces Pacific"

· Enter your Zip code

· Enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number. PLEASE NOTE: All orders going to APO/FPO addresses will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.

I need to send my order to an International P.O. Box address. Can you ship it?

We cannot send orders to International P.O. Box addresses.

Store Pickup

Items ordered online can be shipped to the store for FREE! On the checkout page under How would you like to receive your order? select 'Pickup Order'. We will send you emails with updates on your order's status as they become available.
* Note: Store Pickup may not be an available delivery option at all campus stores.

Canada and other International Orders

If you choose to ship your order to Canada or another international destination, no shipping charges or taxes will be applied at the time of checkout. Instead, we will contact you separately with information about the appropriate shipping charges and applicable taxes. We will only process your order after you have approved the shipping charges/taxes. Therefore, please allow additional time to complete the order if you are having it shipped internationally.
